  1. What is the YUBIT Card?

    1. The YUBIT Pay Card enables global payments and supports integration with Google Pay and Apple Pay. It is available in both virtual and physical formats.

  2. What is the difference between a virtual card and a physical card?

    1. Virtual Card: Designed primarily for online payments and available instantly after approval. Physical Card: Delivered to your address and must be activated upon receipt. Please note that fees (e.g., issuance or annual fees) may vary between card types.

  3. What are the requirements to apply for a YUBIT Card?

    1. To apply for a card, you must complete KYC (identity verification).

  4. How many cards can I have?

    1. Each user can hold up to 10 cards in total (including both physical and virtual cards).

  5. How do I apply for a card?

    1. You can apply via the YUBIT App or Web platform: Go to "Funding Accoun"t → "YUBIT Card" or "More Services" → "YUBIT Card", then tap “Apply Now” and select your preferred card type.

  6. How do I top up my card?

    1. Currently, USDT is the supported top-up currency. You can transfer funds from your Spot Account or Funding Account to your card.

  7. How do I activate my physical card?

    1. After receiving your card, open the YUBIT App and scan the QR code included in the package. Then enter your card details and complete KYC verification to activate your physical card.

  8. How do I set or reset my payment PIN?

    1. When activating your card or accessing "My Cards" for the first time, you will be prompted to set a 6-digit PIN. To reset your PIN, go to "More" → "Change Payment PIN".

  9. What should I do if my physical card is lost?

    1. Immediately freeze your card in the app: Go to "My Cards" → "Freeze Card". Enter your payment PIN to confirm. This helps protect your funds from unauthorized use.

  10. How can I view my transaction history?

    1. The "My Cards" page displays your 10 most recent transactions. Tap “More” to view your full transaction history

  11. How long does it take for my application to be approved?

    1. After submission, your application will be reviewed. You will receive a notification via app push and Notification Center once a decision is made. If rejected, you can view the reason and reapply.

  12. How can I track the delivery of my physical card?

    1. Go to "Card Application History". When the status shows “Card Shipped”, tap “Track Shipment” to view your tracking number and courier details.
