1.1 Orders Held for 30–60 Seconds

• 50% of the commission rebate for that order will be deducted.

1.2 Orders Held for Less Than 30 Seconds

• The full commission rebate for that order will be deducted.

• For more severe violations, the exchange may impose additional measures such as:

  • Temporary suspension of trading privileges

  • Reduction or removal of commission rebates

  • Other actions deemed necessary to protect market fairness

• The exchange will adjust its risk control policies dynamically, based on:

  • The User Agreement

  • The Risk Control Agreement

  • The Risk Disclosure Statement

  • Current market conditions
